Services

PRESCHOOL
Our progressive preschool emphasizes language development, friendship, science, life & self -help skills, math, culture, dramatic play, fine motor manipulatives & gross motor play and literacy. Child's Play teaches Handwriting without Tears,  a fun, entertaining, and educationally sound instructional methods to teach handwriting.


Two teachers per class.

Fall, spring and summer sessions offered. 

Preschool Class Schedule

Moons - 2 year olds         
(9-10 students per class)
        1 day option             
     9:30 to 11:30

Stars - 2-3 year olds       
(12 students per class)
         2- or- 3 -day option        
     8:30 to 11:00

Rockets - 3-5 year olds  
(12 students per class)
      2, 3 or 5 day option       
    12:15 to 3:45


OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Coaching and family directed goals promoted during treatments at your home or our play clinic.

POWER- PLAY DATE
Come to Child's Play for your next play-date! Call to schedule your own Power Play or join an open Power Play to meet new friends. (A minimum of 2 children are needed). Ages 4 months to 5 years. $12 per child.

CHILDCARE 
Child's Play offers a home-like atmosphere and a LOW 6:1 child-to-provider ratio. Parents can extend the preschool day by adding childcare before or after school. Childcare is also offered on non-preschool days. Our facility offers a full kitchen, fenced-in yard, nap room with separate private sleeping areas, and two play rooms.  Kids are able to have a snack or lunch, take a nap, or play with friends, all in a home-like setting.

We accept kids ages 1+

Childcare rates available upon request. We welcome part-time schedules. 


TUTORING
Certified and highly qualified teachers make mastering new skills engaging and fun!
Individualized services meet each child's ability level. Regular progress reports regarding growth and mastery. K-5th Grades.


GROUPS
Groups meet once a week for an hour. Call for current schedule.

PARENT LENDING LIBRARY
This resource is designed to provide both staff members and parents with a selection of recently published books on the subjects of: cooking, learning disabilities,  sleep habits,  gifted children,  disabilities in children and/or children with special needs. Most books are adult reading; some are appropriate to be shared with children. Child's Play is happy to offer reading resources for answering the everyday questions that come up in parenting.
